Enter the details for the recipe, such as a title source, prep time, cook time, meal type, and servings. Add the ingredients that you want to use in your recipe. Write the directions for how to make the recipe. Upload any picture of the recipe that you want to include and hit save. Once you have saved the recipe, you can see whether or not it is good for you.
