  • 3/4 lb cauliflower florets

  • 2.5 tbsp seasoned breadcrums
  • 2.5 tbsp  parmesan cheese grated

  • Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 400°F and position the rack in the center. Lightly spray a sheet pan with oil.
  • Season the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and half of the parmesan cheese. Toss well to evenly coat the vegetables.
