Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 lb broccoli florets
  • 3/4 lb cauliflower florets
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tbsp seasoned breadcrums
  • 2.5 tbsp  parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 400°F and position the rack in the center. Lightly spray a sheet pan with oil.
  • Season the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and half of the parmesan cheese. Toss well to evenly coat the vegetables.
  • Roast the Vegetables: Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Roast for 20–30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the florets are tender-crisp and browned on the edges.
  • Add the Final Touches: Remove the vegetables from the oven and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately while hot.
